HORACE, N.D. (KVRR) – Several law enforcement officers are responding to an incident in Horace.
There’s a heavy law enforcement presence near an apartment complex on Jacks Way. Police tape is being used to protect the scene.
A Sanford Health spokesman says the organization was made aware of a situation near the Horace Clinic and entered into lockdown as a safety precaution.
He says the clinic is now back to normal operations.
