Local Fargo woman raises funds for aunt who lost her home and brother in fire

ULEN, Minn. (KVRR) — A woman in Ulen, lost her house and her brother in a fire, now a GoFundMe is aiming to help.

Abigail Collins of Fargo started the account over the weekend with a goal of raising $2,400 for her aunt Sandy.

The fire happened on Friday at 160th Avenue North in rural Clay County and took the life of Sandy’s brother, 57-year-old Daryn Waller, her pets and belongings.

Collins says the family is grieving and she hopes that the funds will help replace clothing, personal items and for an apartment.
