[Vanguard] Members of the Rivers State House of Assembly of Ijaw extraction have called on the Speaker, Martin Amaewhule, to reopen the chambers to allow lawmakers resume impeachment proceedings against Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu.
