[African Union] The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, today received Ambassador Elchin Amirbayov, Special Envoy of the President of Azerbaijan. Amb. Amirbayov conveyed a message from H.E. President Ilham Aliyev, including an invitation to the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum & the Leaders’ Summit in Baku in May 2026.
