Bomb team determines suspicious package does not pose a threat in south Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Red River Valley SWAT Bomb Team was called out to check on a suspicious package in the 2200 block of 45th Street South in Fargo.

It was reported around 11:40 this morning by a caller who said they received a package they did not remember ordering.

They said the package was wrapped in an odd way and thought something might be moving inside.

About an hour and a half later the area was cleared after the bomb squad determined there was no explosive device or explosive materials inside the package.

Fargo Police say no additional information is available.
