FARGO — The Fargo Police Department reports that a police presence in north Fargo Friday morning was to serve a search warrant.
Police executed the warrant in the 100 block of Sixth Avenue South, near Second Street South at around 6 a.m. on Jan. 16.
The Red River Valley SWAT Team assisted in executing the search warrant and arrested 33-year-old Fabian Contreras of Fargo for failure to appear in court for a previous charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fargo Police say the investigation related to the search is ongoing and is not releasing any additional information at this time.
