Liberia: LACC Clears Lofa University Officials of Payroll Padding, Illegal Disbursement Allegations

[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia — The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) has cleared two senior officials of the Lofa County University — Dr. Morlu Korsor, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Beyan M.M. Kamara, Human Resource Officer — of allegations linking them to payroll padding and illegal disbursements totaling over US$337,000 and L$13 million.
