[Liberian Observer] As part of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact development process, a high-level delegation from the United States government agency on Monday, January 19, held technical engagements with the Board of Commissioners and management of the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) at the Commission’s offices in Monrovia.
