[New Dawn] Monrovia, January 20, 2026: As part of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact development process, a high-level delegation from the United States government agency met with the Board of Commissioners and management of the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) on Tuesday, January 19, at the Commission’s offices in Monrovia.
