POPE CO., Minn. (KVRR) — A man who sold fentanyl that led to the overdose death of a Glenwood, Minnesota man is sentenced to over 11 years in prison.
In October, Theoplus Richmond pled guilty to the third-degree murder of Tyler Kirckof.
In February, 2021, Teresa Massey drove Richmond from Minneapolis to Glenwood, south of Alexandria, to deliver fentanyl to Kirckof.
Prosecutors say the drug sale was arranged by Samuel Long.
Massey was convicted of aiding and abetting the drug sale, and Long was convicted of aiding and abetting third-degree murder.
