FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man is arrested for sitting naked on a family’s porch and peeking through windows.
Fargo Police responded to a trespassing report at a home just after 2:30 a.m Wednesday.
The homeowner said Spencer Dietrich, was clothed when he arrived, but undressed and was sitting naked on the porch, peeking inside.
Two kids live at the home.
Officers found Dietrich about a block from the home when he took off running, slipped on wet grass and fell down while naked.
He’s charged with criminal trespass and indecent exposure, along with others.
Dietrich told police he had been dared by friends.
