[Vanguard] The Rivers Peace Agenda Forum (RPAF) has sent an urgent “Save Our Soul” appeal to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, warning that Rivers State is under sustained political siege orchestrated by Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike and his loyalists.
